Does a Dutch Gable count as a gable or hip for the Florida wind mitigation inspection?

A Dutch Gable counts as part gable and part hip for the Florida wind mitigation form (OIR-B1-1802). A horizontal measurement taken at the bottom of the triangle shape that is the gable end counts as a gable. If that dimension is more than 10% of the overall horizontal measurement taken at the fascia below it all the way around the roof, then it can not be credited as a hip roof on the form.
