Can I get a wind mitigation inspection for a mobile home?

The Florida state program that provides discounts on the windstorm portion of your homeowner’s insurance for the hurricane-resistant features of your home does not include mobile (manufactured) homes. However, modular homes are eligible to get wind mitigation discounts when a completed wind mitigation report (OIR-B1-1802) is submitted to your insurer.
