How can I determine the age of an International Comfort Products (ICP) heat pump from the serial number?

Saturday, January 11, 2020

The first two numbers of the serial number, after a single letter, are the year of manufacture of the unit for an International Comfort heat pump. So data plate of the condenser shown below indicates it was produced in 2013. To find the age of another manufacturer/brand, go to How do I determine the age of my air conditioner?

To find the size of an International Comfort air conditioner, go to How many tons is my International Comfort air conditioner or heat pump?
