We have been doing home inspections since 2002, and reported on over 7500 homes and commercial buildings. After spending many years in the Florida Keys and Gainesville, we are now located in The Villages and our service area is North Central Florida, primarily Marion, Alachua, Sumter and Lake counties.

When not out inspecting or writing blog posts about our constantly-evolving profession, we enjoy the pickle ball, town square music, bowling, parties, and bike trails around our neighborhood.
