We retired in 2019, after reporting on over 8000 homes and commercial buildings during our 17-years in home inspection, and serving customers in the Florida Keys, Gainesville, and The Villages.

When not writing blog posts about our constantly-evolving profession, we enjoy the pickle ball, town square music, bowling, parties, and bike trails around our neighborhood.
